I had a dream that has to do with Jer 51-38-40. I put it on the shelf until we read these scriptures in Bible study tonite.

The dream was me sitting outside of a fence and the sheep and goats inside the pasture and as they would walk by my view, a panther (lion) would jump on their back.  

As the sheep and goats would walk with these beasts on their back, the beasts (lions/ panthers) would comb their hair on their body, but as they combed their hair, blood would start gushing out!
It was almost as if they were trying to comfort the sheep and goats, but they were killing them all the while.

I think this speaks for itself. I had this dream this week. -Glenn

Interpretation:
The "beasts" are fleshly-minded church leaders who ride the back of the church goers, who are the sheep and the goats.  The beasts (predatory flesh-eaters) have the appearance of comforting and grooming  the "sheep and goats" under  their ministry, while feeding their own appetites.

But in reality they are bleeding them of life and plundering them as they "feed themselves".  (the life of the Word)
Romans 8:5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh. 

Ezekiel 34:2 Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD unto the shepherds; Woe be to the shepherds of Israel that do feed themselves! should not the shepherds feed the flocks?

 Ezekiel 34:10 Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against the shepherds; and I will require my flock at their hand, and cause them to cease from feeding the flock; neither shall the shepherds feed themselves any more; for I will deliver my flock from their mouth, that they may not be meat for them.

Shepherd is another word for "pastor".
The flocks (church congregations) are devoured by the words from their mouths.

The visible church has apostasized from scripture, human reasoning, human efforts, programs and classes, and the Nicolaitane clergy (pastor-priest headship) replaced the Headship of Christ.
