Which faith?
Just about everyone thinks or says our church has "THE faith", and others just lump it all into a big pot of Christianty "stew".
A Baptist is just as convinced on the correctness of his denomination as is a Catholic, Pentecostal, or whatever other "faith" label you might apply over an assembly.
Then there is the old "New Converts Class" where you are implanted with "What WE Believe" followed by The List which is the "doctrinal statement".
This then becomes "our faith".

Or there are many like our old "Inter-denominational" church which accepted anything and everything that said it was "Christian". Accepting anybody's version of Jesus is fine and a good way to build a crowd on Sunday. Even a Muslim can bring his Muslim Jesus to that church and be accepted.
Permit me to state that we do not have a "list". We once did, but God tore it apart and said "You have MY Word". That made us accountable to God to go to Him for HIS teaching, and has it been GOOD!
Once in a while we may have been confronted by someone elses "doctrinal statement" and then we went to our "leader" who assured we are right and they are wrong and points to a verse or someone's book;
-or like one pastor told me when I asked about another sect, "I think they get in through the back door".
|
People will absolutely go to war over pet doctrines..
Some will castigate, rebuke, and shake the dust of their sandals against you for rejecting or disagreeing with one or more of their "pet" teachings..
-even when they believe words that are not even written in the scriptures themselves!
|
Compare the arguments over the "rapture", "once saved-always saved", tithing, and the actual words in
Matthew 19:21 Jesus said unto him, If thou wouldest be perfect, go, sell that which thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me.
"Well, that was just for that guy", or "for the Jews only", or "what Jesus REALLY meant is....", or "that was just a parable.."
-I can hear the reasonings coming.
What if Jesus really meant "Sell what you have and GIVE to the poor" ???
That is only one verse, there are quite a few others that say some pretty tough things to us.
I have yet to see that verse in ANYONES "doctrinal statement".
Nobody goes to war over that verse, but admit you do not confess the word "trinity" and the fun begins.
|
You see, we have enough of a challenge to believe and do what IS in the scriptures without the need to put our faith in the explanations, "reasons why we believe ----", or someones doctrines list.
We ALWAYS accept the scripture for what it says even where we do not have a clear understanding of a passage.
and we agree with ALL of God's wonderful word, even when we do not have complete understanding.
But we reserve the right to not accept terms outside of scripture. Words like "purgatory", "Mass", "Jesus the brother of lucifer", "Jesus is the archangel Michael", "christmas", church service, etc. are all conclusions or blatant additions of man.
|
If you will allow me, I cannot in some ways understand how in scripture the Father and the Son can be at times, separate, eternal, Christ begotten from the foundation of the world, and is the firstborn of all creation who created all things, the Holy Ghost came on Pentecost, and is the Spirit of Christ that fills us, yet there is One God and his Name one. -Jesus, Lord of lords, King of kings..
So the problem is always our lack of understanding or revelation of the scriptures in some passages... -never with the scriptures themselves with which we always believe, accept, and agree with.
-and that we do not divide from with those of either view as we realize we are all desiring to come into better knowledge and understanding of the scriptures and what God said about Himself.
That is what Romans 14 tells us.
I hopes that make sense.
In the next post, we will simplify a lot of confusion about which faith the apostles gave to the churches and who we are to divide from.
Believe the WORD, not what someone says about the Word.

Rapture Ready?
Much of the church is looking for the rapture and believes they will be leaving earth before the 7 years of tribulation. Longer, more in-depth articles are on this site should you desire to study further.
(For discussion's sake, we use the term "rapture" that most people are familiar with. It is not a scriptural word, and the term "gathering" is more correct)
Part 1
Some of the prominent verses most often cited for the "pre-trib" rapture are:
1Thessalonians 4: 6
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven, with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first;
7 then we that are alive, that are left, shall together with them be caught up in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
2Thessalonians 2: 1
Now we beseech you, brethren, touching the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and our gathering together unto him;
3 let no man beguile you in any wise: for it will not be, except the falling away come first, and the man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition,
4 he that opposeth and exalteth himself against all that is called God or that is worshipped; so that he sitteth in **the temple of God, setting himself forth as God.
5 Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?
1Cor 15: 51
Behold, I tell you a mystery: We all shall not sleep, but we shall all be changed,
52) in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
| The three passages above are the most often cited " for the "pre-trib" rapture position. Since they are some of the clearest and most detailed passages relating to the return of Jesus Christ, we will confine our study to these three passages, for if they are not speaking of a "pre-trib" rapture, then neither do the other verses often cited to show a pre-trib rapture. |
Compare scripture with scripture:
In 1Thess 4:6 the Lord descends from heaven. There is a shout, the trump, the dead rise first, "we" that are alive are caught up into the clouds.
In 2Thess. 2, more details are given, there is a "falling away" (apostasy), "the man of sin revealed sitting in the temple", "our gathering unto Him", and His coming".
If the pre/mid-trib agrees with other verses of Christ returning that include the gathering, a trump, a shout, clouds, the dead rising first, and Christ returning, everything should fit.
Acts 1:9) And when he had said these things, as they were looking, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. 10 And while they were looking stedfastly into heaven as he went, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; 11) who also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye looking into heaven? this Jesus, who was received up from you into heaven shall so come in like manner as ye beheld him going into heaven.
| So far, we are told He will return like He left. There are witnesses on the ground looking up, and there are clouds. |
Next, Matthew 24:29) But immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
30 and then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
31 And he shall send forth his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
If there is a pre/mid-trib rapture, at the "gathering togther", disorder begins to confuse the signs.
The accompanying clouds appear twice, the "last" trumpet sounds twice, and even the "falling away" that comes "first", now becomes impossibly wrong because he wrote "EXCEPT" those things "come first", i.e., "the man of sin be revealed", "he that sits in the temple**".
As Jesus said in Mat. 24, "after the tribulation of those days..", "the Son of Man" comes "in the clouds with power and glory", and the trumpet, and the gathering together of His "elect" and most importantly, from 2Thessalonias 2, the dead rise first.
The same elect are spoken of in the alledged pre-trib verse;
Mark 13:27 And then shall he send forth the angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven?
The "elect" will be a remnant of those who come out from the confusion of religious Babylon (called "Christianity"), just as a remnant came out of sectarian (confused, divided) Judaism at Jesus' first visitation. This is what John wrote in Revelation 18 in regard to "Babylonian" Christianity.
|
Let's refute the idea there are two "elects", one being natural Israel and the other the church. There is one church, and it is not the denominated, sectarian, competitive, mix of *Babylonian Christianity.
Babylon means "confusion", which aptly describes the church world. ( Part 3 below gives the scriptural basis for one "elect" group.)
The "elect" who are saved, are those who are in Christ, and are addressed in the New Testament scriptures:
Titus 1:1 Paul, a servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God's elect.
Colossians 3:12 Put on therefore, as God's elect, holy and beloved (the church elect)
1st Peter 5:13 She that is in Babylon, elect together with you (the church elect)
Mark 13:22 for there shall arise false Christs and false prophets, and shall show signs and wonders, that they may lead astray, if possible, the elect (the church elect)
There is one body of Christ, created by God through those who have been born from above as Jesus taught. The body of Christ is "all Israel" that shall be saved. An unregenerate Jew is lost as is an unregenerate gentile.
He is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit. -Flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God even if they are born in Israel to full-blood Jewish parents.
Yet a remnant of those "natural" Jews will be saved and will be part of the "elect"..
|
The body of Christ is "all Israel" that shall be saved. Those who are not in Christ cannot be saved.
-Flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God even if they are born in Israel to full-blood Jewish parents.
He is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit.
As it is written, remnant of those "natural" Jews will be saved and will be part of the "elect"..
Romans 9:27 And Isaiah crieth concerning Israel, If the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, it is the remnant that shall be saved:
Romans 11:5 Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace.
Part 2
Let's put the nail in the coffin of the pre or mid trib rapture.
That nail is called "the resurrection" and it takes place right along with "the dead shall be raised incorruptible" which happens at the time of the "rapture".
Here from the supposed "pre-trib rapture" verses above which state, "our gathering...", "gather together the elect", is the phrase "the dead in Christ shall rise first".
Mark 13:27 And then shall he send forth the angels, and shall gather together his elect
When are the dead raised?
At the beginning of the seven years, the middle, or after the tribulation?
If the dead are raised at the beginning, or the middle of the trib, then there could be a "pre-(or mid) trib rapture". But if the dead are raised after the tribulation, the pre-mid trib scenario becomes impossible, for there would then need to be two resurrection-raptures in order to include the saints martyred during the tribulation.
The resurrection of the dead in Christ and those who are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord meet "together".
(1 Thes. 4:16) For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven, with a shout...and the dead in Christ shall rise first; (17) then we that are alive, that are left, shall together with them be caught up in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air.
(1 Cor. 15:51) Behold, I tell you a mystery: We all shall not sleep, (die) but we shall all be changed, (52) in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
The dead and all the living in Christ at this time are changed in the same moment
In our "rapture" verses, we have the dead and those alive raptured "together".
Let's see when the resurrection is:
John 11:24 Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day.
John 6:44 No man can come to me, except the Father that sent me draw him: and I will raise him up in the last day
John 6:39 And this is the will of him that sent me, that of all that which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up at the last day.
Is the "last day" of the resurrection 7 years before the end?
And can you have the "last day" followed by 7 years and the evidence of "saints" on earth during those 7 years?
And can you have those saints being saved and the trumpets sounding after the "last trump"?
But now there is another problem for the pre/mid tribbers.
There are the saints and martyrs who die during the tribulation, who John saw in Revelation 20:4, who are also part of the "elect",
AND part of the bride who washed their robes in the blood of the Lamb DURING the TRIBULATION!
|
Revelation 7:14 .... And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
This fits with Matthew 24:29) But immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
30 and then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
31 And he shall send forth his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
Therefore the time of the resurrection and the rapture take place at the end of the tribulation and before the "day of wrath", which is the year of vengeance Jesus spoke of. (The wrath is not for the saints)
|
Here are more tribulation saints who were slain
Revelation 7:14 .... And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb
Revelation 13:7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and there was given to him authority over every tribe and people and tongue and nation.
and in Daniel 7:25 ..the beast shall..
..speak words against the Most High, and shall wear out the saints of the Most High; and he shall think to change the times and the law; and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and half a time.
26 But the judgment shall be set, and they shall take away his dominion, to consume and to destroy it unto the end.
Revelation 20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that had been beheaded for the testimony of Jesus, and for the word of God, and such as worshipped not the beast, neither his image, and received not the mark upon their forehead and upon their hand; and they lived, and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
Notice here, the One Body of elect saints killed during the tribulation:
Revelation 7:9 After these things I saw, and behold, a great multitude, which no man could number, out of every nation and of all tribes and peoples and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, arrayed in white robes, and palms in their hands.
|
Did they miss the rapture? Since the rapture AND resurrection happen together, will those saints miss the resurrection too? Of course not.
The only way to have "the elect" "together" with "the dead in Christ" that "rise first" to join together with those who "are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord", at the "last trump", with the "clouds of heaven", and the "voice of the archangel" that was there in Acts 1:9 is to have all those signs take place at the end of the tribulation.
Do you still believe the rapture takes place at the beginning of the tribulation yet the rapture-resurrection happen "at the LAST day"?
Peter told of events in relating to Christ's coming in 2Peter3:4 ...Where is the promise of his coming?
(3:10) But the day of the Lord will come as a thief; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall be dissolved with fervent heat, and the earth and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
Job agrees in Job 14:12 So man lieth down and riseth not: till the heavens be no more, they shall not awake, nor be roused out of their sleep.
| How can the heavens pass away and earth burn up at the beginning or even the middle of the seven years? No one would be left for the tribulation |
Part 3 (optional) -read only if you are not sure what God said of Israel and the church
The one church, found undivided in the Book of Acts, did not have a building, "church name", pope, Bishop, or any of the titles used in Babylonian Christianity.
Nor was it divided between Jews and gentile, it is "a holy nation" of spiritual Israel. Because there is ONE faith, one church, one Lord, part of the church cannot be divided at two separate returns of Christ, who told us He would return as stated in the scriptures above. One Israel saved, not two
| Romans 2:28 For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision which is outward in the flesh: (29 But he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.
Romans 12:5 so we, who are many, are one body in Christ
1st Corinthians 10:17 seeing that we, who are many, are one bread, one body: for we are all partake of the one bread
1st Corinthians 12:13 For in one Spirit were we all baptized into one body
|
Ephesians 2 absolutely sets forth there is no more division in the church between a natural Jew and a gentile who is "a Jew inwardly" when born again.
Eph. 2 notes their is one body consisting of Jew and gentile:
11 Wherefore remember, that once ye, the Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called Circumcision (natural Jews), in the flesh, made by hands;
12 that ye were at that time separate from Christ, alienated from the commonwealth of Israel
13 But now in Christ Jesus ye that once were far off are made nigh in the blood of Christ.
14 For he is our peace, who made both one, and brake down the middle wall of partition
15 having abolished in the flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances;
that he might create in himself of the two so making peace;
16 and might reconcile them both in one body unto God through the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:
17 ..and preached peace to you that were far off (gentiles), and peace to them that were nigh (jews):
18 for through him we both have our access in one Spirit unto the Father.
19 So then ye are no more strangers and sojourners, but ye are fellow-citizens with the saints, and of the household of God,
20 being built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the chief corner stone;
21 in whom each several building, fitly framed together, groweth into a holy temple in the Lord;
22 in whom ye also are builded together for a habitation of God in the Spirit.
"Saved" Israel, the elect, include a remnant of natural Jews who are saved by being born again and obey the New Covenant, and become part of the "one body" of Christ: one body, whether Jews or Greeks
|
Galatians 3:28 There can be neither Jew nor Greek, there can be neither bond nor free, there can be no male and female; for ye all are one man in Christ Jesus
Ephesians 4:4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as also ye were called in one hope of your calling
| If "all ISRAEL shall be saved, and there is ONE BODY, which is "a HOLY NATION", who is the "elect" "remnant" that Christ returns for, then we can be sure that it is the church who is made up of those saved out of BOTH groups, both the living and the dead.
There is one body which is neither Jew nor gentile, but one new man in Christ. We both are the one building, one holy temple not made with hands, one holy nation, in Christ, not through the flesh
|
** This also tells us that the "anti-christ" will not be revealed in a building-temple, made with hands because the scripture repeatedly state "you are the temple of the living God...", and God "dwells NOT in a temple made with hands"..

Thus there is no "rapture" of the gentile church and God then turning to the Jew separately during the tribulation. Saints from "every nation, tribe,.. and peoples" are martyred and resurrected at the end.
Romans 9:27 And Isaiah crieth concerning Israel, If the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, it is the remnant that shall be saved:
Romans 11:26 and so all Israel shall be saved: even as it is written
1st Peter 2:9 But ye are a elect race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God's own possession
Once again, "ALL Israel, the "elect race" are the born again children of God, born from above, from both groups Jew and gentile, who make up the one "holy nation", who is the New Testament temple buiding "not made with hands, and populates the "New Jerusalem coming down from above".

WHY?
1Kings 9
8 And though this house is so high, yet shall every one that passeth by it be astonished, and shall hiss; and they shall say, Why hath the LORD done thus unto this land, and to this house?
9 and they shall answer, Because they forsook the LORD their God, who brought forth their fathers out of the land of Egypt, and laid hold on other gods, and worshipped them, and served them: therefore hath The LORD brought all this evil upon them.
Do we love America and love our country? Yes, we do.
But we are deeply grieved and saddened to see the wheels fall off of the country we have known and loved.
WHY we asked? Is it because of the devil, politicians, or foolish government policies?
Or is it because the "salt" of Christianity has lost its' savor and its' light is dark?
We live in a time when Christians are better known for what group or building they go to than by their living holy lives that reflect the scripture and produce the spiritual signs that should follow every believer.
Why do we now have "Obamacare"? -it is because God's people do not believe His Promises of healing and put their trust (faith) in physicians, prescription drugs, and medical insurance..
Why is the economy collapsing? -it is because of greed, self-indulgence, and a worldly minded church.
Why is the USA 13 trillion in debt? -It is because Gods people trusted in the banking system, borrowing, and credit cards to get what they wanted.
Why is the Lord dis-possesing?
-as He spoke to us: Your possessions have possessed you, they have been your distractions, therefore I will dis-possess and remove them. These will I purge as I purge My Bread from the leaven of your things.
Why is the government becoming the enemy of God's people?
-it is because much of the church has become politically involved, dependent upon, and supportive of politicians who lie to them.
Why do we have political leaders who lie and deceive? -it is because we have religious leaders who lie and deceive.
Why abortion in "Christian" America? -because Christianity has "aborted" the life of so many baby Christians who die spiritually before they bring forth fruit?
Where in scripture does anyone "ask Jesus into their heart" or raise their hand to accept Christ?
Jesus taught there are four kinds of soil, only 25% of the seed brought forth fruit and the other was aborted by the cares of life, persecution, and deceitfulness of riches.
Why do we have "open borders"? an open gateway for illegal immigrants, terrorists, and drug dealers?
-it is because the church accepted anything that came in. False revivals, false manifestations, false apostles, false gospels, false Christs, false leaders.
Why is freedom being eroded daily?
-it is because we used our liberty in Christ to serve the idols of entertainment, sports, and pleasure. God will judge the mis-use of the internet you can be assured.
Why are churches without power, spiritually dry, and formal?
-it is because we trusted in men rather than God's Word to prove for ourselves "what is written..".
Why are fearsome events coming upon the land? -it is because God's people have forgotten the fear of the Lord.
Why will famine and hunger come upon the land? -because there is already famine in God's house from His people not eating His Word and the shepherds who feed them vanity.
Why do we have a man in the White house without a birth certificate, false social-security numbers, and whose origins are hidden from the light of truth?
-it is because the majority of leaders in Christendom have never been truly "born again" according to scripture, who get authority from mans institutions, like Bible Colleges and denominations rather than God.
The fact we have a man most likely born in Kenya sitting in the high office is right off the page of
Dt. 2: 43 The *sojourner that is in the midst of thee shall mount up above thee higher and higher; and thou shalt come down lower and lower.
*stranger, alien, foreigner
Why do we have an oil disaster polluting the waters of the Gulf?
Is it because the church has polluted the waters of the Word with the darkened traditions of men. There are plenty of articles on this site comparing many of those darkened traditions of men to the scripture.
The Lord spoke to me in 2006: But the pure word of My mouth has been polluted like the very waters of the land where you live. Is not this a parable before your very eyes?
Why will many Christians take the "mark" of the beast?
-because many have already received the mind of the beast in following the ways of man, government, and life's pleasures. "lovers of pleasure more than lovers of God"
Why will the typical Christian go into poverty?
-it is because we have neglected the poor among us that every Christian is called to show mercy to, rather than merely contribute to some ministry to do it for us.
-it is because when they had much, they gave little,
and mostly into the hands of those who deceived them.
Where is one man called a priest or pastor, given sole authority over an assembly?
Where in scripture the typical, programmed church "service" practiced in church buildings?
Where is tithing given to the church by any apostle in any epistle?
Where in scripture is a youth pastor, choir, a woman pastor, or salaried church staff?
Where in scripture is the Christmas and/or easter celebration-program-service?
Where in scripture did they say "God uses doctors"?
The churches are becoming unclean and dead right before our eyes as they no longer produce the life, holiness, or even the rudimentary signs that were to follow "them that believe".
2nd Corinthians 6:17 Wherefore Come ye out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, And touch no unclean thing; And I will receive you.
The gospel should still produce the same evidence: "cast out devils, heal the sick, speak with new tongues..." -----Mark 16:9-20, and all through the book of Acts
They who come out from these vain, false, and unscriptural traditions are now looked upon as outcasts just as the early disciples were when they left the traditions of Judaism to follow Jesus.
It is not too late, Citizens of "new Jerusalem" hear:
2 Chronicles 7:14
"If MY people, (attention Christians)
who are called by my name, (Jesus the ONLY name given whereby we must be saved. Acts 4:12))
shall humble themselves and pray, (we humble ourselves in obedience to the Word.)
and SEEK my face (God revealed His face in Jesus, "the expressed image of the invisible God")
and turn from their wicked ways, (you would be surprised what God says is wicked)
THEN shall I forgive their sins (He forgives when we do the above, not when we justify ourselves)
and heal their land (Saved. "sozo", it means: to save, heal, deliver, preserve, and make whole our life)
Hebrews 3:15 while it is said, To-day if ye shall hear his voice, Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.
Acts 3:19
Repent ye therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, so that there may come seasons of refreshing from the presence of the Lord
May God grant us to repent, believe, to seek Him, to cut away the hardness of our hearts, and to be filled with His love and Spirit.

Is your church a government registered, non-profit 501c3 organization?
If you do not know what this means, please google "501c3 church" and find out.
Under the guise of having the benefit of donations, tithes, and offerings being tax-deductible, churches have been snared by the government into a union with a satanically ruled system. Forgive my blunt assessment.
What is amazing is the fact there is absolutely no need for a church assembly to register as a 501c3 corporation. There was Constitutional protection for churches for nearly 200 years and the churches were just fine. But in 1954 Lyndon Johnson, pushed through the 501c3 law and the church world became snared under the guise of tax benefits and deductions. (Since when was our giving to be done for a tax write off? Didn't Jesus tell us to give in secret?)
501c3 is OPTIONAL and the supposed "benefit" of tax deducting is really a better way for the government to track and monitor you.
At the time of Christ, circa 30 A.D., there was agreement between the leaders of religious Israel and the government too. In fact, the establishment "church" system was threatened by the Word and ministry of Jesus. Because they were in agreement with the government of Rome (whose symbol was the eagle), they feared the loss of their status, position, and authority.
John 11:48 If we let him thus alone, all men will believe on him: and the Romans will come and take away both our place and our nation.
The 501c3 church is in an agreement, a marriage, a union, a contract, with the state for financial benefit. This agreement conforms the church to IRS corporate law and requires the creation of unscriptural church boards, an unscriptural CEO (usually the pastor), unscriptural membership enrollment and requirements, unscriptural recording of one's giving for tax reporting, and unscriptural submission to governmental regulation of what may be taught and preached in the church.
Here are a few 501c3 legal notes:
1."A corporation is a creature of the state... Its rights to act as a corporation are only preserved to it so long as it obeys the laws of its creation..." (Hale v. Henkel, 201 U.S. 43)
The church is a creation of God and is saved by obedience to His Word.
2."[A corporation is] an artificial person or legal entity created by or under the authority of the laws of a state."
Black's Law Dictionary West Publishing Company, 1991; 6th Edition, page 340
The church is a living person, the body of Christ formed in us as we partake of Him.
3. "A corporation derives its existence and all of its powers from the State and, therefore, has only such powers as the State has conferred upon it.
The church derives its existence and authority from the Living God and His Scriptures.
4. ... the source of this power is the charter and the statute under which the corporation was organized." Len Young Smith and G. Gale Roberson, Smith and Roberson's Business Law, West Publishing Company, 1966, page 796
The source of the church's power and authority is in Christ, not the state.
By the way, the eagle is a symbol for a "beast" which is the nature of the unregenerate man, not the nature of the Spiritual man who is not of this world and is born again from above. In fact, Jesus spoke of his followers as having the nature of the dove, not that of the patriotic eagle.
Matthew 10:16 Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.
Harmless as doves?
"Take back" America? What about taking up arms or resisting with force the administration now seeking to take full socialistic power over our country? Which kingdom are we to fight for?
Do we understood what God meant in passages such as Daniel 4:17?
The sentence is by the decree of the watchers, and the demand by the word of the holy ones; to the intent that the living may know that the Most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will, and setteth up over it the lowest of men.
God put them in office! He chose them from among the basest of men in His eyes. They are the rich and powerful, the elite; the ones who run the "conspiracy" of the New World Order. He repeated this statement in Daniel 4:25,32 and 5:21, so we would know for sure who puts men in power.
Ecclesiastes 10:6 folly is set in great dignity, and the rich sit in a low place. (the low place is over the people who live close to the world and the flesh)
We do not speak against the leaders of the people, call them names, or mock them, even though they are wicked and evil, because we know God put them there.
Romans 13:1 Let every soul be in subjection to the higher powers: for there is no power but of God; and the powers that be are ordained of God. 2) Therefore he that resisteth the power, withstandeth the ordinance of God: and they that withstand shall receive to themselves judgment.
"Patriotic" Christians should carefully and prayerfully get an understanding for which kingdom they are fighting and who they may find themselves resisting... John 18:36 Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight....
Leviticus 11:13 And these ye shall have in abomination among the birds; they shall not be eaten, they are an abomination: the eagle ...
Accordingly, we are non-political and do not believe in political salvation through the ballot box or any political party, but God will use evil people in politics to bring His people to their cross as He has done with His people over and over starting in Genesis.
The 501c3 is the spiritual meat of the eagle and is just as abominable as some of the sins declared abominations by the Lord pertaining to sexuality and idolatry, here are examples:
Leviticus 18:22 Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination
Proverbs 12:22 Lying lips are an abomination
Proverbs 16:5 Every one that is proud in heart is an abomination
Revelation 21:27 and there shall in no wise enter into it anything unclean, or he that maketh an abomination and a lie: but only they that are written in the Lamb's book of life.
... and harmless as doves

What follows is a vivid message from the Lord God given to Brother Jared, who submitted it to us for help in understanding. We see this same theme repeated in many dreams given to many people as God attempts to wake and warn Christians of the danger they are in. When I read this dream, I knew 100% that it was the Lord speaking. It is an amazing picture of the kingdom of God.
Matthew 23:38 Behold, Your House is Left unto You Desolate.
Given to Jared 3-28-08 - (Rory and David's notes in red)
There was a house. There did not appear to be any houses around it and it seemed the house was elevated on a hill. The original house of the Lord, His body, the temple. There is one house, not a group of "denominational" houses.
I was standing looking from a distance about 30 feet away, so all the detail of the front of the house was shown. It was beautiful, like a brand-new house that was built.
Shiny windows, beautiful door, new shingles, one-story, no garage, and an open dining room with a nice looking table you could see from the outside.
The Book of Acts Christianity, feeding on the pure unleavened bread of the Word. Eph. 2:20, John 17:20 Shiny windows= clear vision, transparency. Beautiful door= Jesus inviting one to come in.
New shingles= intact (Holy Spirit) covering, no leaks, protection from storms.
No garage = no place to set people aside by parking them.
Open dining room= food for all from the Lord's table.
THE walkway to the house was new and the grass was so green you would think they were made of emeralds.
The WAY to God's House via the New Covenant. Gods Jewels, the church, walking in newness of life. What really set off the grass was the clear and sunny sky above.
There was an open heaven, the SON was not obscurred.
There was a sign out front. It was white (holy-pure), newly painted (first love) with the words,
“WELCOME ALL YE BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN CHRIST.”
-originally there was no division for "all ye are brethren" as Jesus said. -Matthew 23:1-12).
There was no clergy, no denominations.
In the next scene, I am looking into the dining room at the nice table. It is a long table, more long than it is wide. It could accommodate many people and look, behold, there were many people. These were people in every day casual clothes. I could not overhear the conversation, but it was joyous with laughing and merry making. What I could pick up on was that they were talking about the things of God, possibly Jesus and all of them shared openly, without any form of a leader there or anyone who was running the show.
How beautiful, this picture of the early church gathering to eat the "Bread of Life". 1st John 2:2 and he is the propitiation for our sins; and not for ours only, but also for the whole world. - room to accommodate many. They are dressed casualy, not in "church" attire, not in formal clergy outfits or fancy suits. They are joyful with the fruit of the Holy Spirit, and Christ is the Head, no man is running the show as with the Nicolaitane clergy of our day. "THEY were talking" about Jesus and His Word.
I saw this and was about to ask a question to someone there of what they were talking about, but all of a sudden the scene changed again.
In the final scene, I was looking at the house from the original point of origin as in the first scene. This time the house was a total wreck. It seems as if I was transported many years later, and no one was there to take care of the house. There was something different about the house this time. Other than the faded brownish-green yard, the scuffed-up ruined walkway, marred by the "walk" of unclean people the broken windows eyes that cannot see, the dining room table (that was once so beautiful) now a wreck, warped, broken; Their table is unfit to eat from. It is like the typical apostate church-service format; a few songs, announcements, offering, sermon; week after week. Romans 11:9 And David saith, Let their table be made a snare, and a trap, and a stumblingblock, and a recompence unto them:
something other than the shingles that were flapping in the wind and missing here and there, there was the sign out front. I looked at it, nearly all of the white paint was gone and all that was there was the bare wood.
Holiness and purity are gone; bare wood:
2nd Timothy 2:20 Now in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some unto honor, and some unto dishonor.
Instead of reading, “WELCOME ALL YE BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN CHRIST” it read
“WELCOME ALL YE CLERGY AND LAITY.”
The kingdom of God has been usurped by the NICO-LAITANE clergy system. (Rev. 2:7,15)
As soon as I read this, my eyes were opened. This house once belonged to one group of people. That group of people abandoned the house. They left because it was corrupted. Now the house belonged to another group of people. The sheep have left the folds of men, the apostate leaders usurped the house just as they did in Jesus' day.
I am thinking all of this in my head when I hear someone say, “This is the house they met in.” Falsely procaiming themselves to be the messengers of the original Christian faith. I looked up and saw no one but instead I saw many other signs around the house to try and cover up the broken windows.
i.e. denominationalism and sectarianism causeing more blindness.
Some repair was made to the shingles (past revivals), but the grass and the walkway remained the same. Also, it seemed as if the sky, once sunny and clear, was now darkened slightly by overcast clouds.
The church world attempts to substitute its patches of programs, money, entertainment, erroneous teachings like the rapture, tithing, once-saved, always saved, etc. and so the SON was obscurred.
A person came up to me from behind and had a sketch pad and a pencil in his hand. He had asked me to sketch out what the original house looked like when I was there. For some strange reason, an artistic ability came over me and I was able to sketch out the house with precise detail using just a regular pencil. Giving the Revelation of what the original house was to the modern church.
When it came to sketching the sign, I had come to leave it blank.
It is the individuals responsibility to put their name there; to make the original church their church. {Jude1:3} Beloved, while I was giving all diligence to write unto you of our common salvation, I was constrained to write unto you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered unto the saints.
Why I don't know, but I then began to sketch out a little girl standing next to and leaning on the sign.
this reveals the innocent, young church to the modern church.
Once I was done, I was going to go back to the sign and fill in the letters
“WELCOME ALL YE BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN CHRIST.”
My pencil broke and something compelled me to put it down and look at the sign once more. I lowered the sketch pad, lifted my eyes, and behold, the house was in worse shape than ever before.
(Given the revelation of true Christianity they will trash it for they are unregenerate. All will not be welcome in their midst and the righteous will chose not to be there.
Rev 18:2 And he cried with a mighty voice, saying, Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great, and is become a habitation of demons, and a hold of every unclean spirit, and a hold of every unclean and hateful bird. 3 For by the wine of the wrath of her fornication all the nations are fallen; and the kings of the earth committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth waxed rich by the power of her wantonness.)
This time the sky was almost dark and a haunting feeling rushed over me as if this were a haunted house.
The great falling away in tribulation to the house of death. And he cried with a mighty voice, saying, Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great, and is become a habitation of demons, and a hold of every unclean spirit, and a hold of every unclean and hateful bird.
There was a mighty wind blowing that seemed to knock me off my feet. (Tribulation) This time, the house was showing some of the walls busted out, with the studs showing in some places. The grass was no longer there. There was nothing but dirt. (fleshly corruption) The walkway was torn to bits. There was hardly any trace of it. ("The way" has been corrupted by the walk of men who claim to be builders of the house.)
The signs in the windows the second group had put up were all busted, revealing once again the broken windows. (The denominations joining together as the one-world harlot and a single, broken view of Christ)
The dining room had no table this time, for it had been deteriorated by termites or something. (a table of corrupt spiritual food) Romans 11:9 And David saith, Let their table be made a snare, and a trap, and a stumblingblock, and a recompence unto them:
The roof was caved in on one side. Overall, the house had been deserted for sometime, even after the second group left. I looked at the sign out front. This time the words “WELCOME ALL YE CLERGY AND LAITY” were scratched out to the point you could not even read it. Underneath this was written in big bold letters, in what looked like human blood dripping from them:
"TOO LATE".
(Rev. 18:24 And in her was found the blood of prophets and of saints, and of all that have been slain upon the earth. The house has been captured and corrupted by the wolves and is now reprobated and condemned to be destroyed by the beast of the world.) Matthew 23:38 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.
I looked at my sketch to see what was going on. The sketch looked like the house I was looking at right now, something had caused my original sketch of the original house to change to what my eyes were seeing now. (Given the truth, they turned it into a lie) I saw the little girl standing next to the sign. The sign read “TOO LATE” in the sketch as well.
The little girls eyes had been darkened out. They were so dark.
Instead of the innocent girl of the primitive church is an immature girl full of hate.
1 John 2:11 But he that hateth his brother is in the darkness, and walketh in the darkness, and knoweth not whither he goeth, because the darkness hath blinded his eyes.
I looked into those eyes and then heard a beastly, deep roar coming in the midst.
The source of her hatred is the satan-ruled beast-nature (carnality) that has invaded her.
I looked up to see what it was... Rev. 19, Mat. 24 "look up, for your redemption draweth nigh" And then I woke up...

A House Desolate
The other day we were driving around our city and saw the church building we had spent 15 years in and around as members, elders, and leaders in the assembly that met there. Over the years we had spent many, many hours painting, cleaning, remodeling, furnishing, and building on the structure that was called a "church".
We had read in the news in Jan. 2009 of a fire that had destroyed the buildings interior, (this was 4.5 years after we left), and wondered how the rebuilding was going. To our surprise, a safety fence surrounded the property and there was no sign of reconstruction. As we gazed at the place and pondered the many memories we had there, the words "desolate house" came to me, and I wondered, "is there a parable here"?
SInce then, much reconstruction and remodeling have been done and it looks about ready for reoccupation (as of June 2010)
For several days the phrase "desolate house" echoed and re-echoed in my mind, so I was impressed to consider what the Lord had pronounced on the church of His day (Israel).
Matthew 23:38 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.
If you are not familiar with the history, Jesus had already acted out a parable by cursing a fig tree which became desolate, dead, and because it bore no fruit. The fig tree represented the nation Israel from which God looked for fruit, but the leadership had usurped authority and put the people in bondage as they protected their personal kingdoms.
All this took place "in the last days" of natural Israel.
Now, we are in the "last days" of Spiritual Israel (the NT church).
|
the time the prophets and the early church writers prophesied of is here folks.
For those who have eyes to see, the plagues and judgements of God are evident in the economy, the weather, the governments, the nations, the fires, the earthquakes, the lawlessness, the violence, the wars and rumors of wars, knowledge increased, the economy in a downward spiral.. more than ever before.
The corruption in both the political AND Christian leadership today is stunning. (-Just google "pastor arrested").
And there is a veritable oil volcano erupting from a 30,000 foot deep manmade puncture into the earths interior which may be near impossible to rememdy. The threat to life is stunning.
|
All of these SHOULD be a wakeup call to every Christian.
But to our amazement, the pagan holidays, the entertainment-driven packaged "services", the scriptural ignorance of the average "Christian", the corruption in leadership both financial and personal, the glorified giants of Christianity, the buying and selling of the gospel and related materials (gospel-stuff), the self-promoting, ego-pleasing desire for recognition and popularity by the clergy, the 501c3 non-profit marriage between government and the church,
the lack of HOLINESS in the average church where covetousness and material gain are encouraged,
the politics, prosperity, and political involvement of church leaders,
teaching for the personal gain of the leaders, and more.
I could go on, but this is our view of what we left behind. (Sure, there were some "good" works too -see Rev 2,3 how the Lord recognized some good things in them but He rebuked the majority telling them in very strong terms to repent)
|
we did not know much about a our walk with God untill we walked out of the church world.
|
The Bible says "the thing that has been done is the thing that shall be done, there is no new thing under the sun".
It has all happened before.
-
Israel coming out of Egypt and apostasizing (except a remnant) in the wilderness as many followed corrupt leadership (Korah).
-
Israel inheritng the promised land, became blessed, and fell into apostasy under corrupt leaders.
-
Israel returning from the Babylonian captivity, prospering, and then going into apostasy under corrupt leqders.
Along the way, God was sending a host of prophets with basically the same message: REPENT!
Major prophets, minor prophets, despised and rejected prophets, hated and margainalized prophets, strange acting and strange speaking prophets, all with a similar word of warning that judgement was on the way, get off your comfortable pew and get on your face seeking the Lord.
Here's a friendly reminder to the folks in the pew from Malachi:
1 And now, O ye priests, this commandment is for you.
2 If ye will not hear, and if ye will not lay it to heart, to give glory unto my name, saith Jehovah of hosts, then will I send the curse upon you, and I will curse your blessings; yea, I have cursed them already, because ye do not lay it to heart.
-Have you noticed the sickness, death, loss, around the typical church lately? -those are actions of the "curse" God said He would send in an attempt to correct and chastise HIS people. See Deuteronomy 28. The average church today substitutes a plate full of traditions for God's Word. -"Oh really?" a sceptic asks. yes, really, really. see our "NOT in scripture list"
It was in this same spiritual atmosphere that God sent John the Baptist in Matthew 3:2 And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
Who was he sent to?
It was the apostate, carnal living, religious, synagogue-going people of God circa 30 a.d. The Covenant people of Israel (not the pagans), the "LOST SHEEP of the house of Israel", with all their traditions, religiosity, and corrupt leadership exercising carnal authority over the people.
It is worthy of note that John did not attend synagogue service, at least there is no mention in scripture.
Now the history of God's people has cycled around again, repeating and compounding the errors of Israel past. What may we learn from history and what may we say with certainty is that THESE are the last days of Spiritual Israel (the church) and John the Baptist is calling.
In a few months, a few years?, (time is short), Jesus will begin to come forth again IN His people as he did the first time, with the same power and demonstration of the Spirit and the same separating judgements. The exodus out of mainstream churchianity is already a steady stream flowing into the wilderness.
Isaiah 35:1 The wilderness and the solitary place shall be glad for them; and the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose.
As the separating takes place, the time comes when the Lord will again pronounce desolation upon the apostate harlot church that sold itself for pleasure, comfort, and the false assurances from apostate leaders. God put "Come forth, my people, out of her, that ye have no fellowship with her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues: vs.5 for her sins have reached even unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.
For several years we have been given dreams from many people for help in understanding. Without question, the majority of them had to do with God showing the apostate spiritual condition of the organized churches around us. However, in the last few months we have been seeing a growing number of dreams sent by God, showing various plagues and judgements.
These are all merciful and gracious warnings for His People to prepare His Way in their personal walk with God. START TODAY!
The spiritually dead, dry, powerless bodies called churches, are "dead" bodies. No power, no faith in the promises of healing and deliverance from sin, no real holiness, no spiritual gifts, the only thing left is a form of Godliness but the power is denied and excuses made for the lack thereof. They are the white-washed tombs of our day.
These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name (Christian) that thou livest, and art dead.
Job 15:34 For the congregation of hypocrites shall be desolate, and fire shall consume the tabernacles of bribery.
2 Corinthians 6:17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you
Hell hath enlarged herself, fear God, not the pastor, it is time to come out from among them.
Desolate

solitary, lonely, desolate, uninhabited

a desert, wilderness
deserted places, lonely regions

"What is faith?" someone recently asked us.
What a profound question.
Before we jump into this, let us de-church first, and state what real faith is not.
It is not keeping the "What We Believe" list from church, belief in the Pope, the Mass, confessing the trinity, praying the rosary, and Hailing Mary. It is not keeping the laws and statutes of the Old Testament, it is not go-to-church, your financial support, loyalty to the pastor, your assembly, faithful atttendance, prayer, fasting, and even reading the Bible.
You can do any or all of those things and be totally without faith in God.
We know, we did some of those things for years and that was what we put our faith in. Sure, we believed in God, the scriptures, and our weekly involvement with church, but a few months after leaving the institutional church, we were shocked to realize we had put our faith in the wrong places.
We put much faith in what we did (church involvment), what our leaders told us (faith in man), and in our own ideas and ways. The proof is that we would defend each of those without serious examination of motive or by seeking God in regard to the scriptures themselves.
Our Exodus out of the Institutional church began when we "made the mistake" of asking God to show me the truth about tithing, -one way or the other. I knew it was taught in church and we dutifully obeyed and supported our leadership. In other words, we put faith in what we were told.
We put our faith in our relationships. We put our faith in the routine of church. We put faith in our agreement with our church.
We put our faith in what our leaders said about us.
Is it any wonder then that we struggled with answers to prayer and some of the problems that overtook us?
When it was said "pray and read your Bible", we agreed. But did we really do so? And how much did we REALLY believe what we read? One day I was thinking about John 14:13 which says:
And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son
As I thought on this verse, it came to me "What does "whatsoever" include?" When I realized He then said the same thing AGAIN in the very next verse and even two more times in chapter 15, I began to repent for my unbelief.
He really meant what He said. -and if I had REALLY believed it, I would have done a lot of things different.
When we left church, we came across the book "Sovereign God" by David Eells, and as we began to read, it came as a shock we did not know what faith was.
It seemed that God had a lot more in mind for us than what we had previously put our faith and hope in.
Faith made simple.
What then had we missed all those years? Somehow in our efforts to become rich (beginning with tithing), achieve success (through our own efforts), and solve various life problems (debt, illness, and family problems), we had overlooked that God had freely given us the promises and benefits of the new Testament.
It was a matter of really putting our faith and trust IN WHAT HE SAID. (Jesus is the Word of God. Putting our faith in Jesus is by believing "what is written").
Practically speaking, this meant that we could BELIEVE Him when He told us "by His stripes ye WERE healed";
that the way to prosper financially was not by tithing, it was by not owing anyone through borrowing, and also by giving to meet the needs of others.
It meant we did not need a professional children's counselor for teenager troubles, it meant that we could hold to the promises of God to save our children.
But most of all, it meant that we had to learn to "hold fast to the confession of our hope that it waiver not, for He is faithful who hath promised", while we endured the fiery trial of our faith as we waited for the manifestation of our request. He tells us He will. He doesn't tell us when.
As we put faith in the word (and not our feelings and emotions), we are putting our faith in the promises of His Word.
Do you desire a loved one saved? Then get you some "Rock" of the Word to stand in faith on:
Acts 16:31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus, and thou shalt be saved, thou and thy house.
Acts 2:39 For to you is the promise, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call unto him.
Deuteronomy 30:6 And the Lord thy God will circumcise thy heart, and the heart of thy seed, to love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, that thou mayest live.
Isaiah 54:13 And all thy children shall be taught of the Lord; and great shall be the peace of thy children.
Start confessing what GOD SAID, not what "they" say or our eyes see. -"Believe that you HAVE received and you SHALL HAVE it", and God will bring it to pass. Mark 11:23-24.
Do you need healing? Deliverance from a problem or situation?
GOD has the way to escape. But it requires FAITH in the promises of the Word.
We recently had a couple ask us to pray for the sale of a property and I asked them "WHAT SCRIPTURE are you standing on?"
They had prayed for the sale but had overlooked coming to the Father by standing on His Word.
So we then prayed with them according to Mat 18: 19
Again I say unto you, that if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father who is in heaven, and also from John 14:13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
14 If ye shall ask anything in my name, that will I do.
There were many more scriptures but really, you only need one or two. That was in February. In May the property was sold.
When my wife had a lump in her breast, she repented of all unforgiveness and we prayed in agreement with the Word, never consulting a physician. Six weeks later it was gone.
When our daughter lingered in an apostate assembly for three years after we left, we stood in faith for her to come out and for God to remove the scales from her eyes. He answered every prayer we asked regarding this and we did not argue, convince, or try and manipulate her.
When we have been in a trial and our faith needed "edification" or to be strengthened, we would call someone who is walking in the promises of the Word for encouragement. Faith often needs to be built in people in order to receive the promised benefit. People who walk in that kind of faith are people deeply rooted in the promises of scripture and thus able to speak scripture with power and authority.
Hebrews 6:12 that ye be not sluggish, but imitators of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.
Do you need peace? Jesus said He is the Prince of peace. "My peace I give..."
Are you tired of a problem? Matthew 11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Feeling old? Why not confess Psalms 103:5 Who satisfieth thy desire with good things, So that thy youth is renewed like the eagle, and Psalms 18:32 The God that girdeth me with strength, And maketh my way perfect..
Whatever your need is, God has the answer. Phillipians 4:19 And my God shall supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
Praise the Lord...
