What follows is an email that arrived today, 5-27-08. Bro. Rob received a dream and a Word from the Lord. May God help us to walk in His steps and manifest Jesus Christ.   

Hi Brother David ,

Last night, as my wife and I were praying and discussing the weaker and immature falling away and being deceived, I stated the exact same thing:  "That in effect, it will be the survival of the fittest".

Sunday morning, I had the following dream.
It was night and very dark, I was with another person that I was discipling. We were in a housing tract and there were a number of houses nearby. Nobody was living in them.

Their "stuff" was there, but nobody was around. I sensed that they had already been taken by "the destroyer".  As it was coming back to devour and destroy, I would take the person that was with me into a house. The only way that "the destroyer" would pass by and not see us was if we took off our shoes and changed our clothes and laid perfectly still on a bed, covering ourselves with a blanket.

If we were not laying absolutely quiet and still had our old clothes and shoes on, we would be seen and would be devoured. What was most noticeable to the destroyer, was if we had our shoes on. If we kept our shoes on, it would mean sure death. When the destroyer had passed by, we were able to get up and continue on. We knew he would be back and we had to be alert.

The process continued on as I led a number of brothers and sisters to their destination.

What I believe the Lord to be showing is, that as we lead the saints to their destination, we must show them how to take off their old garments and to be clothed in the righteousness of Christ and how to put on Christ. We have to teach them that they can't continue walking in their old ways, (the removing of their shoes), and we must teach them how to rest in Christ, (laying down on the bed, covered with a blanket—the blood of Christ). Those that have not taken off the shoes of their old walk and ways, will be devoured.

The Lord gave me the following word on 05.08.08:

"I am separating My people, the sheep from the goats, the righteous from the unrighteous, the holy from the wicked. My righteous ones bring forth My fruit. The wicked bring forth the fruit of the evil one. You all take a mark; you either have the mark of Christ or you have the mark of the anti-christ. You prove to Me who you really are. You choose who you serve. Those who fear Me, walk in My ways. Those who fear Me, humble themselves and turn from their wicked ways. Behold, I go out to the harvest field…where is My fruit?! Behold, I go out to bring judgment. Only those that have abandoned all; those that are truly Mine, will be spared."

The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit, brethren. Amen.
